About these Promotion Terms

These Promotion Terms apply to promotional offers made by MIDU Commerce LLC through midu.uk, email newsletters, website banners, checkout messages, social media posts, advertisements, customer-service communications or other authorised promotional channels.

Promotions may include discount codes, sale prices, limited-time offers, free gifts, bundles, minimum-spend offers, delivery offers, newsletter offers, competitions or other promotional campaigns.

A promotion may have additional terms shown on the relevant product page, promotional page, email, banner, advertisement or checkout page. Where specific promotional terms are provided, they apply together with these Promotion Terms and take priority for that promotion if there is a conflict.

By using a promotion, you agree to comply with the conditions shown for that promotion and our Terms of Service. Promotions do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Types of promotions

MIDU Commerce LLC may offer different promotions from time to time. A promotion may be available only to selected customers, products, categories, delivery locations, currencies or orders.

Promotion eligibility

Each promotion may have eligibility requirements shown in the promotional message, product page, checkout page, email, banner, advertisement or separate promotional terms. Review those requirements before placing an order.

Using promotional codes

Promotional codes must be entered correctly in the applicable checkout field before the order is submitted. If a code is omitted, entered incorrectly, expired or does not meet the promotion conditions, the discount will not be applied.

Unless the specific promotion clearly states otherwise, promotional codes cannot normally be added retrospectively after an order has been submitted.

A code may be restricted to one use per customer or order and may have a minimum spend, product exclusions, location limits, expiry date, account requirement or limited redemption quantity.

If a code does not work, check its spelling, start and expiry dates, customer eligibility, qualifying products, minimum order value and other stated restrictions before contacting support.

Promotion periods and expiry

Promotions may be available only during a stated period. The start date, end date, time zone or expiry time may be shown in the promotional message or specific terms.

If no fixed end date is shown, the promotion may end when promotional stock is exhausted, the campaign is removed from midu.uk or MIDU Commerce LLC reasonably withdraws the offer.

Promotional codes and offers are not normally valid after expiry. MIDU Commerce LLC is not required to extend, reactivate or honour an expired promotion unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Exclusions and restrictions

Promotions may not apply to every product, customer, location or order. Exclusions and restrictions vary according to the campaign and any specific promotional terms.

Sale prices and savings claims

MIDU Commerce LLC may display sale prices, reduced prices, percentage discounts, “was” prices, “from” prices, “up to” savings or similar promotional pricing messages.

We aim to present promotional pricing clearly and accurately. Any stated saving may depend on the eligible product, size, colour, stock, promotion period, previous price or other reference price identified with the offer.

Savings may vary across products within the same category. A statement such as “up to” means that the highest advertised saving applies only to selected qualifying products.

Prices and promotions may change before an order is submitted. Adding a product to the cart does not reserve stock, secure a price or guarantee that a promotion will remain available until checkout is completed.

Free gifts and gift-with-purchase offers

MIDU Commerce LLC may offer free gifts or gift-with-purchase promotions. These offers may require a qualifying spend, selected products, specified delivery locations or other conditions and remain subject to availability.

Delivery offers

Some promotions may offer free shipping, reduced shipping or an upgraded delivery service. Delivery offers may be restricted by destination, courier availability, minimum spend, product type, parcel size, fulfilment location or delivery method.

A free-shipping threshold may be calculated using the eligible merchandise subtotal after discounts and exclusions. A later cancellation or return may affect whether the order continues to qualify.

A delivery promotion does not guarantee a particular dispatch or delivery date unless a specific service and delivery commitment are expressly confirmed at checkout.

Returns, refunds and cancelled orders

If an order using a promotion is cancelled, returned or partially refunded, the promotional benefit may be recalculated according to the remaining eligible order value and the applicable promotion conditions.

Where a discount was allocated across multiple products, any refund will normally reflect the discounted amount actually paid for the returned product rather than its undiscounted price.

If a promotion required a minimum spend and a cancellation or return causes the order to fall below that threshold, the discount, free gift or other benefit may be adjusted where permitted by the promotion terms and applicable law.

Errors, misuse and fair use

MIDU Commerce LLC may refuse, cancel or correct a promotional benefit where there is an obvious pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, code abuse, unauthorised use or conduct inconsistent with the promotion conditions.

Examples include creating multiple accounts to avoid redemption limits, using automated methods, manipulating checkout, sharing a restricted code without permission or attempting to combine offers that cannot be stacked.

If an obvious error is identified, we may contact you to correct the order, remove the affected promotion, request payment of the correct amount or cancel the affected item or order with an appropriate refund.

Promotions shown in emails and social media

Promotions may be advertised through newsletters, social media, online advertisements, website banners, affiliates or customer communications. Short-form messages may not contain every condition.

Before ordering, review the product page, current checkout total and any linked promotional terms, exclusions and expiry information.

MIDU Commerce LLC is not responsible for inaccurate, expired or unauthorised promotional claims made by a third party, influencer, affiliate or social media account unless the wording was officially approved or supplied by MIDU Commerce LLC.

Competitions, giveaways and prize promotions

If MIDU Commerce LLC runs a competition, giveaway, prize draw or similar prize promotion, separate terms may apply, including eligibility rules, entry requirements, opening and closing dates, prize details, winner selection, notification and fulfilment arrangements.

Where a prize promotion has separate terms, those specific terms apply to that promotion and take priority over these general Promotion Terms if there is a conflict.

Do not enter a competition, giveaway or prize draw unless you have reviewed and agreed to the specific promotion terms.

Changes to promotions

MIDU Commerce LLC may update, withdraw, extend, suspend or end a promotion where reasonably necessary, including because of stock changes, technical problems, misuse, fraud concerns, legal requirements or an obvious error.

A change to a promotion will not reduce any mandatory statutory rights that apply to an order already accepted.

We aim to keep promotional information clear and accurate. Customers must review the final USD price, discount, taxes, delivery charges and complete order details before submitting checkout.
