These Newsletter Terms explain how MIDU Commerce LLC may send product updates, promotional messages, style content, customer-care information and other marketing communications when you subscribe through midu.uk or otherwise agree to receive them.
About these Newsletter Terms
These Newsletter Terms apply when you subscribe to receive email updates from MIDU Commerce LLC, submit a newsletter form, select a marketing preference or otherwise request product, promotional, editorial or customer-care updates through midu.uk.
By subscribing, you agree that MIDU Commerce LLC may send relevant email communications in accordance with these Newsletter Terms, our Privacy Policy, your recorded preferences and applicable privacy and electronic-marketing requirements.

What you may receive
If you subscribe to MIDU email updates, we may send communications relating to our products, website, services, promotions and customer experience.

If you place an order or contact support, MIDU Commerce LLC may need to send order confirmations, payment updates, dispatch information, delivery notifications, return instructions, refund updates, account notices or customer-service replies.
