Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and MIDU Commerce LLC, a Colorado limited liability company that operates midu.uk under the MIDU brand. These Terms apply when you access or use the website, create an account, place an order, contact us or use any service provided through the website.

Website and product information

When you place an order through midu.uk, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products from MIDU Commerce LLC. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. The order is accepted when we dispatch the goods or otherwise provide confirmation of acceptance.

Prices and payment

Unless otherwise clearly stated, prices on midu.uk are displayed in United States dollars (USD). Delivery charges, sales tax, VAT, customs duties, import fees or other charges may apply depending on the destination, products ordered and shipping method selected. Applicable charges collected by us will be shown at or before checkout where possible.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed. Payments may be handled by secure third-party payment providers made available at checkout. We do not directly store complete payment card numbers or card security codes on our website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any mandatory consumer protection obligation. To the extent permitted by law, MIDU Commerce LLC is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, business losses, loss of profit, loss of data or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
